Karen Hudson River Band presents The Best of Linda Ronstadt featuring hit songs spanning her career from the Stone Poneys to a multi-platinum selling rock singer. Playing for a packed house two years in a row at the Triad Theater in Manhattan, Hudson brings this year’s show to The Western Inn in Callicoon, NY, September 26th, 6-9PM. Much of the material is from Ronstadt’s 1978 Living in the USA album, plus everyone’s rock and country favorites. Karen Hudson has worked as a recording artist and country rock bandleader in NYC for decades and always covered classic Ronstadt songs during shows at the world-famous Rodeo Bar and beyond. She recently performed at Joe’s Pub in NYC with Joe McGinty’s legendary Loser’s Lounge Band featuring the music of Ms. Ronstadt. The show will be a nostalgic trip down memory lane looking back at a time when radio was way better, and that California country rock sound warmed you like the summer sun.
