This a great co-bill! I met Davey-O (from Buffalo) at a music conference last year and thought our music would go well together. He was a Kerrville New Folk Finalist in 2013, and a Folk Alliance showcase artist in 2011. You will want to listen intently to the words as he sings...We play acoustic sets, from 7-9:30 PM. http://www.daveyo.com/ www.abilenebarandlounge.com/

"On “Testing For Rust,” Davey O. crafts intimate, folk-and country-based slices of a life examined. With a journalist’s eye for detail and poet’s ear for the well-turned observation, O. finds the universal in the particular, turning day-to-day minutiae into dusty paeans to the indomitability of the human spirit." - Jeff Miers, Buffalo News
